Caring for Your Jewelry:

All the earring backs are high quality stainless steel however some of the findings (jump rings, hooks etc.) may be made of nickel, lead free metal. Therefore, it is important to note that perfume and water may tarnish/discolor the material. Earrings with tassels can be easily neatened up by brushing with your fingers. When removing your earrings from their card, try not to flex the clay too heavily. Gently slide it off. 

Though polymer clay is durable: Do not bend them or drop them. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with lotion and makeup. If you do get makeup on them, just wipe them with a fragrance free baby wipe (white or light colored pieces you can use a small amount of rubbing alcohol or acetone on a cotton pad). Please keep in mind that just like anything, your earrings will wear over time.

*Please know before purchasing* all of my earrings are handmade and with that there may be slight imperfections. I try my very best to eliminate bubbles and markings HOWEVER because they are handmade it is impossible to make them absolutely perfect. I will never send earrings with large imperfections. The pair you receive may not be identical to the photographed pair due to lighting, etc. All items are carefully packaged in gift boxes. 

 

Shipping/Return Policy:

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Priority shipping does not mean your order will process faster, it just means it will arrive to it's destination quicker once dropped off at the post office.

According to the USPS, please allow 30 business days before filing a claim for a lost package and 40 days for International.  Please wait the full time before reaching out about a lost package. Shipping times vary due to COVID, so please prepare for that when ordering.

If the package is returned to sender or needs to be reshipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees. 

For hygienic reasons, I am unable to offer returns or exchanges on earrings for change of mind. However, if your earrings arrive damaged or break within 7 days of purchase we will replace them or refund you the price of the earrings. Please Do Not bend your earrings to see how flexible they are, it will cause them to become weak and break.
